So’ Tsoh Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day operations, outreach, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending organization with creativity—helping bring programs, events, and community engagement to life. The assistant will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth communication, consistent marketing, and organized systems that support caregivers and community initiatives.
* Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, email, Eventbrite, etc.)
* Design simple flyers, graphics, and promotional materials (Canva or similar)
* Assist with email campaigns and announcements
* Support outreach efforts to partners, speakers, and community members
* Create and organize documents, spreadsheets, and forms (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms)
* Maintain organized digital files and shared folders
* Track tasks, timelines, and program details
* Assist with data entry and basic reporting
* Support event setup needs (registration lists, materials, communication)
* Help manage participant communications and confirmations
* Assist with speaker coordination and follow-ups
* Prepare materials such as agendas, handouts, and sign-in sheets
* Make phone calls to partners, participants, and community contacts
* Follow up on emails and outreach efforts
* Support scheduling and calendar coordination
* Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact when needed
* Creative thinker with attention to detail
